SUMMARY
OF OPERATING EXPERIENCE FOR APRIL 1986 The plant operated at essentially 98 percent power until April 10 when power -
reduction began due to a leaking relief valve on the letdown line in excess of allowed PCS leakage. The unit was taken off_line on April 10 at 1126 hours0.013 days
0.313 hours
0.00186 weeks
4.28443e-4 months
'and the reactor was subcritical 12 minutes later.
The reactor was again critical-on April 12 at 0400 hours0.00463 days
0.111 hours
6.613757e-4 weeks
1.522e-4 months
and was placed on line April 13 at 1109 hours0.0128 days
0.308 hours
0.00183 weeks
4.219745e-4 months
. The plant operated at 50 percent 'for _10 days -
while a-condensate pump was replaced. On April 23 the plant reached approximately 98 percent power and remained at this power level through the end of the reporting period.
