Safety Parameter Display System (SPDS)
In Reference (2), the Omaha Public Power District received the revised Con-firmatory Order for the SPDS. This revised confirmatory order changed the implementation schedule for the SPDS to April 30, 1986.
This letter is to inform you that the SPDS has been reviewed by our plant System Acceptance Committee and is considered operable. This excludes isolation device changes and the human factors changes as noted in Reference (2). Additionally, as noted in Reference (2), the Inadequate Core Cooling Instrumentation portion of the SPDS will comply with the schedule set forth in Reference (3).
