SUBJECT:
STAFF ISSUANCE OF SUBPOENAS IN FURTHERANCE OF TMI INVESTIGATION This is to advise the Comission, in accordance with the terms of its July 20, 1982, delegation of subpoena authority to the Executive Director of Operations, that the staff intends to issue forty-seven (47) subpoenas to persons who the staff believes have knowledge of reactor coolant leak rate test practices at the Three Mile Island facility prior to the accident at TMI-2.
