This mid-year review will examine present FY 1954 funding levels and obligation rates on an allottee basis, in decision unit detail. Regional acministrative su::crt should be identified by object class, and detail for headquarters' a:ministra:ive supper: should agree with the category listing of administrative sup Or: cor ained in the FY 1985 Budget to OMS (Blue Book). Scecifically, you are asked to project your office FY 1984 obligations from Acril through September using March 1984 actuals to base your forecast and suomit a cc:-{sted Exhibit for your office. In crder to :acilitate this review and to accommodate projected funding adjustments shown on the Exhibit which may reouire EDO, COMM or Congressional a::rova'., an explanation of any differences between the FY 1954 yearend c:14;aticnal (September) projections comcared to the March 31, 1984 Financial Fian is required.
