SECY-85 APPROVAL OF PROPOSED LICENSE TO EXPORT 53.7 KILOGRAMS F HIGH ENRICHED URANIUM TO EURATOM FOR tie HFR REACTOR AT GRENOBLE, FRANCE (XSNM02143)
This is to advise you that the Commission (with all Commissioners agreeing) has approved your recommendation that a license be issued to export 53.7 Kg of HEU to EURATOM for the HFR Reactor at Grenoble, France.
The Office of International Programs was advised of this action on February 25, 1985.
