SECY-85 LICENSED FUEL FACILITY STATUS REPORT INVENTORY DIFFERENCE DATA (NUREG-0430) -
VOL. 5, NO.
1, JANUARY 1984 - JUNE 1984 ISSUE This is to advise you that the Commission has approved the recommendations contained in SECY-85-22 subject to incorporation-of Chairman Palladino's February 20, 1985 comments which have already been transmitted to you.
In addition, the Commission desires to delegate to you the authority to determine, for all future reports, that all declassification criteria are met and to issue such future reports by Commission negative consent paper.
In this regard, you should consult with the Office of the General Counsel to determine the legality of such a delegation.
If appropriate, you should then clear this action with the National Security Council and the Office of Congressional Affairs shocid inform the Congressional Oversight Committees.
Upon obtaining the necessary clearances you are requested to draft a negative consent paper to accomplish the delegation.
