ISSUANCE OF AMENDMENTS (TAC NOS. 65187, 65340 AND 65320)

The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment Nos.17,129 and 19 to Facility Operating Licenses DPR-21, DPR-65 and NPF-49 for Millstone Unit Nos.1, 2 and 3, respectively. The License Amendments are issued in response to your application dated December E,1986, as supplemented by letter dated December 23, 1987.

The License Amendments reflect changes in the requirements associated with plant security as contained in the August 4, 1986 amendment to 10 CFR Part 73, "Physical Protection of Plants and Materials". The License amendments modify paragraph 2.C.(4) of Facility Operating License No. DPR-21, paragraph 2.C.(4) of Facility Operating License No. DPR-65 and paragraph 2.E of Facility Operating License No. NPF-49 to require compliance with the revised Hillstone Security Plan.

A copy of the related Safety Evaluation is also enclosed. The notice of issuance will be included in the Comission's bi-weekly Federal Register notice.
