Continuation from December 1985, when Unit was taken off line due to Thermo Couple Cono-Seal leakage on the reactor head.
Repairs were made and on January 17, 1986, at 0715 the Unit returned on line.

On January 18, 1986, at 2349, tM unit was taken off line to perform Turbine Overspeed Trip' Test.
On January 19, 1986, at 0130, the reactor tripped due to first stage, pressure spike during the Turbine Overspeed Testing.
The~ ' Turbine Overspeed Trip Test was completed.
The unit returned on line January 19, 1986, at 0627.
Post, refueling fuel conditioning and flux mapping were performed.
On January 21, 1986, at 2232 the Unit was stabilized at 100% power.
