Brownlee of my staff, on October 6,1986, concerning a management meeting to be conducted at the Region II Office on October 8,1986, at 1:00 p.m. We requested this meeting to discuss the loss of suction to the Low Pressure Service Water System Pumps during the Load Shed Function Test.
