Executive Vice President Gentlemen:
This letter concerns unescorted access for NRC Headquarters personnel to your facilities for the purpose of observing the annual emergency exercise. The inspection will be conducted October 27 through October 31, 1986.
The person identified in the enclosure to this letter has completed indoctrination training in radiological protection, emergency response and security comparable to that furnished by you to regular site employees granted unescorted access.
Site specific training has been scheduled by your staff for NRC Region V employee, Gail M. Temple and the individual identified in the enclosure to this letter. The training will be on October 27, at 7:30 a.m.
