(PVNGS) 1986 Emergency Preparedness Exercise Scenario Package.
I The results of our evaluation were discussed during a telephone conversation on October 3, 1986, between Ms. G. Temple, of my staff, and Mr. T. Batsuk and other members of your staff. No significant problems were identified during our evaluation. Your staff did respond to a number of questions which were presented during the aforementioned telephone conversation.
Based on our evaluation of the scenario package, the scenario appears to be adequate to permit you to meet the agreed upon exercise objectives. With respect to the exercise objectives, we further acknowledge the additional objective that you included in the scenario package. This objective was addressed in our letter to Mr. J. G. Haynes, dated September 8,1986.
As part of the review process, FEMA, Region IX, was contacted. FEMA indicated that they had already contacted you regarding their comments.
