SUBJECT:
ALLEGATION REVIEW BOARD FOR BYRON, APRIL 23, 1986, FOR RIII-86-A-0066 On April 23, 1986, an allegation review board convened which consisted of E. Greenman, W. Forney, C. Weil, J. Malloy, J. Creed, and R. Lerch. The allegation concerned a letter from a therapist near Byron who was treating four workers from the Byron Station. He could not identify the workers involved.
It was decided that the allegation would be closed based on the contacts already made with the alleger and a letter that would be written by DRP forwarding the information of the allegation to the licensee.
