MANAGEMENT TEAM V151T TO REGION lY On January 11-15, 1988, a team of NRR and NMS$ managers visited the Cooper and ANO sites, the Kerr-McGee Sequoyah facility, the Uranium Recovery Field Office, and Region IV offices, inclosure (1) lists the mes6ers of the team.

Enclosure (2) is a summary of our observations arid perceptions from the visit.

The visit was extremely useful as we identified c}iantes which should be made in our programs. I have taken steps to have the appropriate staff examine the issues and initiate arur necessary corrective action.
