On February 9'11, 1988, a team of NRR and HMSS annagers visited the San Onofre and Trojan sites, and Region V offices. Enclosure (1)liststhemembers of the tene. Enclosure (2) is a svamary of our observations and perceptions free the visit. The visit was extremely useful as we identified changes which should be made in our programs. I have taken steps to have the appropriate staff examine the issues and initiate any necessary corrective action.

Approxistely 33 Interviews were co'iducted with regional unagemen?, and staff.
I On February ll, the management tear met with the Regional Administrator and I
principal staff to discuss the team's observations.
