We have completed our review of the subject above as documented in your letter dated March 24, 1988. Our Safety Evaluation is provided as the enclosure L
to this letter.
We find that the actions taken by Virginia Electric and Power Company fully resolve the issues identified in NRC Bulletin 88-02 for NA-182 and are acceptable.
This finding is subject to the adoption of additional administrative controls by Virginia Electric and Power Company as described in the conclusion of the enclosed Safety Evaluation.
