Dear Mr. Ernst:
In a letter dated September 17, 1987, South Carolina Electric & Gas Company (SCE&G) committed to include an additional 17 valves in the IEB 85-03 program and to provide a completion report within 30 days of the end of the fourth refueling outage.
SCE&G now recognizes this date as being more restrictive than that required by IEB 85-03. Therefore, in accordance with the requirements of this IEB, SCE&G will provide the completion report within 60 days of the end of the fourth refueling outage.
