I respectfully request an extension of 90 additional days in order to submit public comment with regard to the notice published in the Federal nogistor on September 22, 1988, Vol.
53, Number 184, dealing with the fitness for duty issee for nuclear power plant workers.
I feel that the time allotted by the Commission is not sufficient for gathering public comment in which to adequately address the issue.
