A new section was subsequently added which establishes a secondary Emergency Planning Zone which will extend from the 10-mile primary EPZ to a designated area to be determined by rule by December 31, 1987.

The secondary EPZ will apply to nuclear power facilities in Maine and to areas within the

State affected by plants from adjacent States and provinces.
