i Enclosed is a copy of a memorandum from Carlton Kammerer addressing recently enacted legislation in Maine which provides for a secondary Emergency Planning 1
Zone.
This will extend.the 10-mile primary EPZ to an area designated by the Bureau of Civil Emergency Preparedness.
j I would like to have a discussion of this legislation placed on the agenda for the next NRC/ FEMA Steering Committee meeting.
