The Radiological Environmental bnitoring Program fcund that PBAPS effects on the environment were not Iceasurable in all media except silt and fish. A small amount of PBAPS-related th-54, Zn-65, Nb-95, Cs-134, aM Cs-137 activity was found in fish, and Co-60, Zn-65, Nb-95, I-131, Cs-134, and Cs-137 activity was found in silt. The calculated dose from silt is 1.09-2 mrem to a teemger's skin arvi from fish is 1.55E-1 mrem to a teemger's liver. 'Ihese doses are well below the 10 CFR50 Appendix 1 design objectives of 20 mrem.
In all 1:ndia, the actual doses are nuch lower due to the conservative assunptions used.
The 1935 Radiological Envircnmental !bnitoring Program confirmei tlut PBAPS environmental effects from radioactive releases were well below PBAPS Technical Specification and applicable regulatory limits.
