SEABR00X UPDATED FINAL SAFETY ANALYSIS REPORT Your~ 1etter of October 6,1988 (NYN-88135), described the programs and procedures in place to ensure that proposed changes to plant equipment or design basis documentation are properly reviewed and documented as FSAR changes. Your letter also proposed to submit an updated FSAR within 24 months followinp issuance of a low power operating license for Seabrook Unit 1. To ensure that the Seabrook FSAR reflects the current facility, you comitted to submit FSAR amendments every six months with the first of these amendments to be submitted within a few months. The first of these amendments will include all changes implemented since submittal of FSAR amendment No. 61 (last amendment submitted). Each of these amendments will bring the FSAR up-to-date as of six months prior to the date of filing the amendment, v!e find that the FSAR updates which you have already submitted and your comitment for further updating the Seabrook FSAR satisfies 10 CFR 50.71(e) and is therefore acceptable.
