Nuclear Regulatory Conunission (NRC) as prescribed in the NRC approved August 1983 "Physical Security Plan, San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, Units 1, 2 and 3".
A copy of the addendum has also been forwarded by this letter to the Regional Administrator, NRC Region V.
Tne temporary change does not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of this
- plan, The addendum contains "Safeguards Information" and must be protected unt'ar 10 CFR 73.21.
