Al'egations Received by NRC Involving Improper Documentation of Health Physics Survey Results and Dumping of Contaminated Resins on Boston Edison Property Gentlemen:

In a January 26, 1938 conyersation with Mr. N. Gannon of your staff, Mr. C. Warren, SRI, 'ilgrim Station, discussed two allegations recently received by NRC.
