Gentlemen:
In accordance with your application dated April 5, 1988, and pursuant to Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70, Materials License No. SNM-1983 is hereby amended to authorize the storage of new fuel in the spent fuel racks.
Condition 11 which prohibited such storage is deleted.
