CONFIRMATION OF MEETING ARRANGEMENTS - MCGUIRE DOCKET NOS. 50-369 AND 50-370 This confirms the telephone conversation between Mr. R. Gill of Duke Power Company and Mr. T. Peebles of my staff on September 21, 1988, concerning an enforcement conference to be conducted in the Region II office on October 27, 1988 at 9:30 a.m.
We requested this neeting to discuss our concerns regarding operability of the Hydrogen Skinmer system and installation and testing of plant modifications.
