ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT PROTECTIVE DEVICES SAFETY-RELATED MOTOR-OPERATED VALVES THERMAL OVERLOAO PROTECTION AND BYPASS DEVICES LIMITING CONDITION FOR OPERATION 3.8.4.2 The thermal overload protection bypass devices of each safety related motor-operated valve given in Table 3.8-1 shall be OPERABLE.
APPLICABILITY:
Whenever the motor operated valve is required to be OPERABLE.
ACTION:
With the thermal overload protection bypass devices for any one or more safety-related motor-operated valves inoperable, declare the affected valve (s) inoper-able and apply the appropriate ACTION Statement (s) of the affected valve (s).
SURVEILLANCE REQUIREMENTS 4.8.4.2 The above required thermal overload protection bypass devices shall be verified to be OPERABLE.
