166, Rev 1 In accordance with 10CFR50.90 and 10CFR50.91 GPU Nuclear Corporation, operator of the Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station, Provisional Operatitg License llo. OPR-16, requests a change to Appendix A of the license.
TSCR No. 166 is required to support the Cycle 12 Reload.
Revision I to TSCR No 166 1s necessary to identify that a fiCPR limit different from that specified in TSCR No.166 (submitted 'laren 30,1988) is required to support the Cycle 12 Relaad.
Although Revision 1 only changes the MCPR limit, the Technical Specification Changes necessary to support the Cycle 12 Reload are submitted in their entirety in order to avoid confusion. Ne request that the change be approved and issued no later than October, 1988 in order to support Cycle 12 operation.
This change request has been reviewed in accordance with Section 6.5 of the Oyster Creek Technical Specifications.
Pursuant to 10CFR50.91(b)(1), a copy of this change request has been sent to the State of New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection.
Pursuant to 10CFR170.12, a check for $150.00 has been previously submitted by letter dated ch 30, 1988.
