The following is.a list of compensatory measures (cms) with updated corrective action and completion dates.
a.
Condition Adverse to Quality Report (CAQR) SQP870217: Main control room standby air-conditioning start, determine logic circuitry problems in the systems.
System supplier has been contracted to provide recommendations for long-term corrective action.
Supplemental response will be submitted by September 30, 1988.
b.
Significant condition report (SCR) SQNEEB86136: Manually isolate certain tornado dampers; modify tornado dampers by reversing air lines to associated solenoid valves in accordance with engineering change notice (ECN) L6900 and workplan (HP) 12527.
Design and fieldwork complete.
c.
ECN L6712:
Do not use alternate feeder breaker for turbine-driven auxiliary feedwater pump; ECN and HP#12147 are complete.
d.
SCR SQNMEB8677: Manually realign the spent fuel pit heat exchanger from train "A" to train "B" of component cooling system.
Abnormal Operating Instruction (A01) 35, revision 5, was approved January 1, 1988.
CM has been integrated into plant design. CM has been cancelled (i.e., complete).

Surveillance Instruction 744 has been issued to monitor charging of UHI accumulators. Analysis and approval to remove UHI system are being pursued. A supplemental respcase will be submitted September 30, 1988.

Integrated Design Inspection (IDI) No. D-2.09: Check ERCW supply to station air compressors.
Electrical Engineering Branch issued design change notice to add automatic isolation of ERCH on high flow to compressors. Work complete; A01-9, revision 10, has been issued. CH has been cancelled.
p.
IDI No. 02.2-7:
Turn supply fan off when the room temperature drops below 65 degrecs Fahrenheit.
General Operating Instruction 6H, revision 31, was approved November 13, 1988. CM has been integrated into plant design. CM has been cancelled.
