Dear Mr. Cowan:
This refers to the inspection conducted on August 2 - September 12. 1998, at
the Crystal River facility.
The enclosed report presents the results of this
inspection.

During the inspection period, your conduct of activities at the Crystal River
facility was generally characterized by safety-conscious operations and well
conducted maintenance activities.
Within the scope of the inspection violations or deviations were not
identi fied.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice." a copy of
this letter and its enclosure will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
