We have completed a review of Revision 3, Change 5 to the Diablo Canyon Power Plant Emergency Plan submitted under your cover letter of December 24, 1985 (Ref: DCL-85-374).
Our review indicates that the Diablo Canyon Power Plant Emergency Plan, as changed, continues to meet the standards in 10 CFR 50.47(b) and the requirements of 10 CFR Part 50, Appendix E.
