This confirms the plans discussed between Mr. Frank Spangenberg of your staff and Mr. Pat Hiland of this office for the NRC to meet with Mr. Don Hall and others of your staff at 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m on June 10, 1988, at the Region III office in Glen Ellyn, Illinois.
The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the April 26, 1988, Emergency Preparedness Exercise, events that have occurred over the past two months, and issues from review of your monthly status reports (April and May 1988).
We will gladly discuss any questions you have concerning this meeting.
