ENFORCEMENT DISCRETION - BRUNSWICK UNIT 2 This -letter confirms the telephone conversation between David Verrelli, Region II, and Dennis Cooper, Brunswick Shift Operations Supervisor, on May 13, 1988, in which Region II exercised one-time enforcement discretion on Brunswick Unit 2.
This authorized until 12:00 noon on May 16, 1988, Unit 2 to change modes with only one suppression pool temperature monitoring alarm channel operable.
This action was in response to your request dated May 13, 1988..
