TESTIMONY BEFORE THE SENATE SUBCOBIITTEE ON NUCLEAR RELATIONS I am forwarding copies of Mr. Gossick's memorandum of October 25, 1977, in regard to the above subject. Please provide a copy of this correspondence to each of your staff members involved in the licensing process.
I also wish to reiterate the importance of the ED0's reminder to the staff of our responsibility to adhere strictly to the Agency's procedures in keeping the licensing boards and Appeal Board appraised of all relevant information 6f which we become aware.
