NOTICE OF LIMITED BAN ON EXPORTATION OF LOW-LEVEL RADIOACTIVE WASTE This letter is to notify you of the January 17,1986, 3ction of the Southeast Compact Commission in placing a limited ban on the exportation of low-level radioactive wastes generated by licensees in Southeast Compact party States.
This ban becomes effective March 1, 1986.
The enclosed letter defines the parameters of the ban.
