There was an error in
the report number designation for Catawba, Unit 1; the correct report number
should be 50-413/86-12.
The report number designation for Catawba Unit 2 should
remain as 50-414/86-01.
Cover pages and report text references to Catawba, Unit 1, should be corrected to
