During the week of April 18, 1988, NRC administered examinations to employees of your company who had applied for licenses to operate your AN01 facility.
At the conclusion of the written examinations, the examination key was provided to facility staff personnel. Based upon the initial number of-applicants, the number of candidates actually examined, and the performance of ,
those candidates, it appears that extensive. effort was exerted by the AN01 training staff, to assure that only those candidates with the highest probability of successfully completing the examination were actually tested.
