Extension of Construction Completion Date for Construction Permit CPPR-136-Seabrook Station, Unit 2
Dear Mr. Harrison:
We note that the construction permit for Seabrook Station - Unit 2 (Construction Permit No. CPPP-136) is scheduled to expire on October 31, 1988. Therefore, we request that you review 10 CFR 50.55(b) and detennine whether you intend to let the remit expire (and forfeit all rights thereunder) or whether ynu will request an extension of the permit's completion date.
Your response to this requast should be submitted to the NRC by October 1, 1988.
If you request ci extension of the completion date of Construction Permit CPPR-136, your request should include appropriate justification for the extension request.
