REVIEW 0F RES RULEMAKING AND POLICY STATEMENT ACTIVITIES E. Beckjord has requested CRGR consideration of several Rulemaking and Policy Statement activities (see Enclosure 1).
I concur with the CRGR staff finding that this request warrants CRGR review under the Charter and as reconsending Committee consideration of the Final kule at our next meeting.
Due to the minor significance of this change, I believo a briefing by RES is not required.
With regard to the other items addressed by RES in their October 28, 1987 memo, I propose forwarding the attached memo (Enclosure 2).
If you hava no objections, I will issue this memo within five days.
