This letter acknowledges receipt of Mr. T. Walt's August 26, 1988 letter which furnished us with the scope and objectives for your 1988 annual emergency preparedness exercise.
On September 8,1988 a phone conversation was held between Mr. G. Brown of my staff and Mr. J. Thale of your staff.
The purpose of the conversation was to clarify certain items in the list of objectives.
All items under discussion I
were adequately clarified.
Based on our review of your scope and objectives, it is our conclusion that your 1988 exercise objectives are appropriate.
