Trojan Radiological Emergency Plan Scope and the Objectives and Limitations of the 19_88 Annual Exercise Attached for your review, please find two copies of the exercise partici-pants' extent of play, objectives with limitations, scenario sumary and scenario time line for the Trojan Radiological Emergency Plan 1988 Annual Exercise. This information shall be kept from public disclosure until after the Annual Exercise, to assure confidentiality of the scenario. The Trojan exercise is scheduled for November 16, 1988. *his lotter transmits the exercise scope and the objectives and limitations 75 days prior to the annual exercise.

The States of Oregon and Washington, plus Columbia County, Oregon and Cowlitz County, Washington have concurred with the enclosed objectives and limitations.
