3 88-014-00 KE SCN Turbine trip due to low condensor vacuum caused by loss of both circulating water pumps supplying the A Condensor Bay.

The Circulating Water Pumps tripped due to a high differential pressure across the intake TravelinC Screens. The root cause was blockage of the intake structure screens due to envi'indeental conditions.

ImeN*%te corrective action was placir.g all Screen Wash Pumps in service (one pump was out of service).
