Monthly Summary South Texas Project Unit I began the month in a forced outage with power ascension beginning on 04/03/88. The unit operated at 30% reactor power and achieved significant objecti res toward completion of the Startup Testing Program.

On 04/04/88 the unit began supplying a positive net generation.

PORVs and Safety Valves Summary No PORVs or Safety Valves were challenged during this reporting period.
