NO. NPF-1, TROJAN NUCLEAR PLANT (TAC NO. 59561) i The Comission has issued the enclosed Amendment No.142 to Facility Operating License No. NPF-1 for the Trojan Nuclear Plant. The amendment consists of changes to the Te:hnical Specifications in response to your application i
(LCA 126) dated August 16, 1985, as revised December 19, 1986 and April 20, 1988.
The amendment permits relief from LC0 3.0.4 for Technical Specification (TS)
Sections 3.2.4, 3.9.2, 3.9.7, 3.9.9, and 3.9.11.
In addition, thir a'rendment dccuments that PGE instituted changes to Appendix A, l
Technical Specification Section 6.9, and Appendix B, Environmental Protection 3
Plan Technical Sr,ecification Section 5.4 regarding written comunications, as authorized by the Commission (See Federal Register (51 FR 40303), November 6, i
1986).
A copy of the related Safety Evaluation is also enclosed.
The notice of issuance will be included in the Comission's next regular bi-weekly Federal Register notice.
