License Change Application (LCA) 126 Pursuant to discussions with your staff concerning LCA 126, we hereby withdraw our request to revise Trojan Technical Specification (TTS) 3.3.3.5, Remote Shutdown Instrumentation. The proposed revision would have made TTS 3.0.4 not applicable to this TTS.
