This ch.nge is necessary based upon recently completed calculatio s performed to verify the adequacy of the onsite fuel oil storage captcity.
Purstant to 10 CFR 50.36(3), the licensee is requireo to have Technical Specificatsons.
Included is the requirement for a basis to each Technical Specification.
Although required by regulation, the bares are specifically not a part of the Technical Specifications.
As such, significant hazards considerations pursuant to 10 CFR 50.92 are not expressly required.
- However, to alleviate any potential for confusion on this matter, a significant hazards considerations discussion was completed and is attached.
Also attached, pursuant to 10 CFR 170.21, is a check for the application fee of $150.00.
