Pursuant te Section 50.90 of the regulations of the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission ("the Commission"), Omt.ha Public Power D13trict, holder of Facility Operating License No. DPR-40, herewith requests that

the basis to Technical Specification 2.7 be amended to provide for changes resulting from calculations performed to support the Design Basis Reconstitution effort.

The proposed chnges in Technical Specifications are discussed in the attachment to this vplication.
This attachment also demonstrates that

f the proposed changes do not involve significant hazards considerations. A check for the application fee, $150.00, accompanies this Application. The proposed change in basis does not authorize any change in the types or any

increase in the amounts of effluents or t.ny change in the authorized power level of the facility.
