The proposed chnges in Technical Specifications are discussed in the  ;

attachment to this vplication. This attachment also demonstrates that  ;

f the proposed changes do not involve significant hazards considerations. A (

! check for the application fee, $150.00, accompanies this Application. The  ;

proposed change in basis does not authorize any change in the types or any [

increase in the amounts of effluents or t.ny change in the authorized power level of the facility.  ;
