The earliest and latest completion dates for Construction Permit No. CPPR-107 have been extended 4
to May 1, 1989 and January 1, 1992, respectively.

Environmental Assessment and Finding of No Significant Impact was published in the Federal Register on January 14, 1988 (53 FR 970).
