ISSUANCE OF AMENDMENT NO.141TO FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE NO. NPF-1, TROJAN NUCLEAR PLANT (TAC NO. 67161)
The Comission has issued the enclosed Amendment No.141 to Facility Operating License No. NPF-1 for the Trojan Nuclear Plant. The amendment consists of changes to the Technical Specifications in response to your application (LCA 164) deted February 4, 1988.
The amendment revises Technical Specification Section 3/4.7.3, "Component Cooling Water System" to be consistent with "split-train opeatien."
A copy of the related Safety Evaluation is also enclosed. The notice of issuance
