Attached you will find a copy of a letter.we forwarded to your contractor, Burns International Security Services, Incorporated regarding our inquiry relating to the activities conducted at your Big Rock Point facility. This matter was discussed with Messrs. Hoffman, Cooper, Kiss and Warner of your staff and Messrs. Berson and Creed of our staff at various times between February 19 and 24, 1986. The results of our review will be appropriately documented in an inspection report to be completed at the conclusion of our activities.
