Changes To Physical Security Plan, Revision 19 This letter forwards Revision 19A to the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Comission (NRC) approved August 1983 Physical Security Plan, San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, Units 1, 2 and 3.

Revision 19A Plan changes presented for review by the NRC under 10 CFR 50.54(p) are described in Part A of the enclosure and it' attachments.

Additionally, Revision 19A forwards revised Plan pages, discussed in the above reference, to be substituted for affected Plan pages contained in Revision 19 of the Plan, (forwarded to the NRC for 10 CFR 50.54(p) review by a June 24, 1988 letter, H. E. Morgan to the above addressee, subject: same as above, except "Revision 19').

Accordingly, enclosed are four copies of Revision 19A Plan textual changes for review. Two copies have also been forwarded by this letter to the Regional Administrator, NRC, Region V.

The attachments to the enclosure contain ' Safeguards Information" and must be <

protected under 10 CFR 73.21.
